Aaron Duncan (iLL Omen) Headlock business - tell it! These dig deep and evolve. Nice to see an artist go back to 6+ minutes a tune. Really allows for some interwoven mixes and let's these tracks breathe and flex. I rate this heavily! gwarn! Favorite track: Surface To Air.

Alegria Been an avid follower of Blood Trust since his debut (and not just because we were THIS close to being debut-day-buddies! :teef:) and I gotta say I love how his sound is crystallising and refining! This release is proof. Grab it for some future rufige flavours, absolute sickness. Big up Digital Red Label, big up BT! Come onnnnnnnnn! Favorite track: Gangstalking.

Grey Man New 2 tracker from Bloodtrust, and what a fine, first release for the new and exciting Digital Red Label. Both tracks flipping the script and the dance floor. Laser focus and meticulous attention to detail make this E.P. a totally immersive experience. Not for the faint hearted! Favorite track: Gangstalking.

about

The first release in the Digital Red Label Series.

“With “Surface To Air” b/w “Gangstalking”, Blood Trust follows up his debut releases on CNVX and 3024 with the Digital Red Label series, further staking out his own precise vision of Drum n Bass futurism.

“Surface to Air” opens with a cold rush of tension, grounded by stepping percussion and a bassline threaded through open space. Relentless pressure mounts with flashes of breaks and flatlined Reeses, dissonance eased only by the acquisition of new targets.

“Gangstalking” follows with highly-focused pressure, encompassing cut by jagged kicks and scattered rims. As an acidic figure snakes its way through the mix, Blood Trust reaffirms the forgotten possibilities of techstep’s dread and imagines an alternate timeline, one built off the wreckage of the past but with the possibilities of the future.

Please standby for further communications from the Digital Red Label Series.”
